 often following a survey recommendation.

It is not a quotation, but a professionally documented report, supported by photographic evidence and measured, practical recommendations where appropriate.

Each report includes an external inspection, condition grading, and a clear, professionally presented PDF suitable for buyers, sellers and insurers.

The aim is simple: to remove uncertainty at a critical stage, without unnecessary alarm.
