About Us - Your Trusted Roofing Contractors

This image was taken from a 16th Century Cart Shed Project we completed for The National Heritage. J.W. Scudder Roofing Specialists have built a reputation as one of the leading heritage roofing specialists in the roofing industry. Leading the way in innovative roof coverings, we have installed and repaired hundreds of pitched and flat roofs over the last 40 years. We also specialize in Velux window installations and boarding existing loft spaces, transforming what is usually a dark and dirty area into a more accessible space for storage and movement. We focus on maintaining properties to ensure their longevity and cater to all roofing repairs. Operating in most areas, we handle all roofing inquiries. We are NFRC and Competent Roofing registered and are members of the Government’s Trustmark scheme, designed to protect you, the consumer, from rogue traders. Additionally, we offer a BRCC and a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee and are recognized by NFRC as Heritage Roof Master and Heritage Craft Roofer for heritage roofs.

As heritage roofing specialists, we will work with you to meet deadlines and coordinate with other related projects, including roof repairs and Velux window installations. We prioritize maintaining open communication to keep you informed about the status of your job.

This approach ensures that the project is completed to your exact preferences.
